I’m not sure what would be best.
My first thought was to have each binder more or less “attached” to the tool or the tool’s table, so it’s easy to find. That would make sense for something like the 3D printer, but get really messy for something like the lathes. A mixture of both maybe?
As long as they are close by and highly visible they would serve the intended purpose.
@Vaughn the rotary tool design needs to be modified around the new motor. It doubles as a spare motor for the laser cutter because it’s an exact match so I don’t want to pry the pulley off the end. @pierre I’ve put the stepper motor in the side cabinet of the laser.
@Grant-Fraser, that is my handwriting. It was in the woodshop during the reno. @Bradley-Maker had mentioned the idea had been to set it up in there, but it was not connected to anything or protected from dust so we moved it out. Talked to Bradley after marking the object DNH, and installing a sound system in the wood shop did not seem to be a priority.
No one seems to be using it; I have no objections to you making use of it.
@pierre Sadly, I did not note the hours. I thought about it after writing down the date but the laser was running again by then. You need the key to get into where the meter is? It probably ran an hour or so tonight between the filter change and when I left.
Bugger, that’s fair enough. I’ve got a couple OD 4 pairs coming in the mail. I was hoping to be able to fire it up the Laser asap as it’s ready to go, but looks like Canada post will have to deliver first. I’d rather be on the safe side of things when dealing with it.
