It is near my current storage unit, so I’ll probably try to stop by this week and get better pictures when I pay for storage. If I time it right, I can also do lunch at the Jam Can.
The ad says that the vendor will consider a short term lease back. There are real advantages stability wise to actually owning the maker space instead of having to adjust the membership fees to make rent if the number of key-holders fluctuates.
The ad says that there is a new hot water tank, so I suspect that it has a bathroom. I’ll ask anyway.
It has 3 phase power, 14 foot bay door, and 2 parking stalls. There is usually plenty of parking available on the street on 12th.
