I am seeking all volunteer hours for the month of May. There are forms in the lounge to record your monthly volunteer hours. This translates into dollars that reflect on our grant applications in a very positive way. This form also has a column to put your monthly donation invoices. Just for clarity, we have two separate ways to record donation receipts. As a volunteer, if you make a purchase and are donating that to the space, this if the location to record that expense. Just put the total in, and include all your receipts at the back of the form. All completed forms can go into the back of the folder that carries the form, or can be passed into the office to be put into the binder. I will ensure at this time that all are entered in the tracking sheet. Thanks very much!
